📍 Canada
We ship all Canadian orders via Canada Post or other trusted carriers, always with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
United States
Orders heading to the U.S. are shipped with Canada Post or other delivery services, also with a tracking number. Please note that customs or duty fees are the customer’s responsibility. Our free shipping offer on orders over $250 CAD does not apply to U.S. deliveries.
🌍 International
We ship globally using Canada Post (without tracking) or other carriers with tracking. If you’d like tracked shipping via Canada Post, just email us at hello@arvenoir.com before placing your order. Customs and duty fees are the customer’s responsibility, and our free shipping promo does not apply to international orders.
🏡 Local Pick-Up (Scarborough & Toronto Area)
If you’re local, you can skip the shipping! Select “In-Store Pick-Up” at checkout, and we’ll send you a confirmation email with the studio address and appointment details once your order is ready.
