You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@arvenoir.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• We can exchange the same item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
• To request an exchange, email hello@arvenoir.com with your order number and exchange preference.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 7–10 business days.
